If you email us at info@escaloncorp.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps. This is kept in server logs so we can deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

• Our email provider, which stores the messages we receive
• Namecheap, which provides our domain and email forwarding

Where information is processed

The website is hosted in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Those countries may have different data protection laws from Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records. After that we delete them or remove identifying details.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights
