Challenge

Most digital support depends on text, navigation and forms. The goal was a more natural, voice-first model for expecting and new mothers, supported by workflows for onboarding, scheduling and follow-up.

Approach

Escalon is building a voice AI agent with a custom web application and backend services:

  • Voice conversations through a configurable AI agent.
  • User intake and onboarding.
  • Immediate and scheduled calls through telephony integration.
  • Structured conversation outputs and SMS follow-up.
  • Backend orchestration connecting voice, application logic and data.

Technology: Vapi, Twilio, Go, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Fly.io
